We’re still working on updating the website and reviewing our content, but we plan to use this blog as a means of keeping you up-to-date on the latest happenings with our organization, the soldiers we support, their treatment, and upcoming events. For now, check out this link to the article that started it all, including a moving photo gallery, informative fact sheet about military medicine, and links to more information fromĀ National Geographic.

I must say that the massage therapists who work on badly-burned soldiers have been giving of themselves tirelessly, with caring, with commitment, and without money. They have been driving all over the state to offer their services pro bono — all while working full-time to keep their own business running. We should be thankful that these people stepped up when our soldiers needed this therapy.
I am eager to see studies that document the success of these treatments on burn victims, and eager to see the VA step up to the plate and take care of our veterans who need more than standard medical care. Provable anecdotal evidence should be considered. The treatment is working for an increasing number of soldiers.
Please share information about Operation Hands-On with everyone you know and get them to watch the video. I hope everyone in America one day soon will know about OHO and that many will support it.
